Privacy Policy
At DiamondXpress, protecting your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
- Account & contact: Name, email, and phone/WhatsApp to register accounts and communicate about orders.
- Order & wallet: Order history, wallet balance, transaction references, and admin approval logs.
- Player ID / Game UID: Optional. Only requested when a particular digital voucher or top-up product requires a target game account identifier to complete fulfilment. Users are responsible for providing correct IDs; incorrect IDs may make orders non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
- Device & logs: Device model, OS version, IP address, crash logs and usage metadata for fraud prevention, security, and analytics.
How We Use Information
- Fulfil orders and deliver vouchers/cards via email or by crediting in-app wallet.
- Validate and approve manual wallet top-ups; credit promotional cashback for in-app use.
- Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or misuse of the service.
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, delivery notice) and important policy updates.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Payment providers or banks to validate transactions (when required).
- Hosting and email providers to run and maintain the service.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
Data Security & Retention
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. We retain order and transaction records for accounting and dispute resolution for a period of <> unless a longer retention is required by law.
Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us at diamondxpresshelp@outlook.com.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting diamondxpresshelp@outlook.com. We may require identity verification before fulfilling such requests.
Refund Policy
- If your order is not delivered after confirmed payment, you may request a refund by contacting support with proof of payment and order details.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Processing time: typically within 7 business days after approval.
- If a user provides an incorrect Player ID / Game UID or other required account detail and the voucher/top-up is delivered to that incorrect account, refunds may not be possible. Please check details carefully before submitting an order.
- Completed and successfully delivered digital vouchers and fulfilled top-ups are generally non-refundable except in cases of provider error or as required by law.
Payment Policy
- Users must be 18 years or older to make purchases.
- Payments should be made from your own authorized account. Orders may be cancelled if unauthorized payment methods are detected.
- Keep your payment reference and transaction evidence for support queries.
- If money is debited but an order is not created or delivered, contact support with the transaction proof and we will assist or refund as applicable.
- We currently process payments via manual methods and external PSPs (if any) — we do not use Google Play Billing for voucher fulfilment. If we change this approach, we will update this policy and the Play Console declarations accordingly.
Delivery Policy
- Digital items: By default, products offered on DiamondXpress are digital (vouchers, codes, digital memberships). Digital orders are typically delivered within 10–30 minutes after admin approval, though delivery can vary due to server load, external provider delays, or manual processing.
- Product-specific instructions: When a product requires additional delivery details (for example, a Player ID / Game UID, platform selection, or an email address), those required fields will be clearly indicated on the product detail page. Providing accurate and complete delivery information on the product page is the user’s responsibility.
- Physical merchandise: If we offer physical game merchandise in future (e.g., T-shirts, photo frames, accessories), this will be clearly labelled as a physical product on the product detail page. The expected shipping time, shipping charges (if any), and delivery terms will also be shown on that product’s page and at checkout.
- If you do not receive an expected digital order within the stated timeframe, contact support with your order ID and payment reference so we can investigate and assist.
Terms & Conditions
Usage Rules
- Provide correct details (Player ID, email, address when applicable) when placing orders.
- Do not use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise disrupt the platform.
Wallet & Cashback
Wallet top-ups and promotional cashback are credited by our admin team. Cashback and wallet balance are intended for in-app purchases only and are non-withdrawable unless we announce and implement a separate withdrawal feature (in which case the policy and Play Console declarations will be updated).

DiamondXpress is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any game publisher unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party game servers, payment processors, network outages, or external systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DiamondXpress and its staff harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violations of these terms.

We may update these policies from time to time. Significant changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
