DiamondXpress — Terms & Conditions

By using DiamondXpress, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. General Rules
- Users must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on DiamondXpress.
- All account information, Player IDs, shipping addresses, and order details provided must be accurate and complete. Incorrect details may lead to failed delivery or non-refundable orders.
- You agree not to use DiamondXpress for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
- You may not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the functionality of the app or platform.
2. Wallet & Cashback
- Users can top up their in-app wallet by approved payment methods.
- Wallet balance can be used only for purchases within the app. Wallet funds are non-transferable and non-withdrawable unless explicitly allowed by DiamondXpress in future updates.
- Cashback rewards, if offered, are promotional credits and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money.
3. Products & Delivery
- Digital items: Vouchers, codes, or memberships are generally delivered within 10–30 minutes after admin approval, but may vary depending on server load or external factors.
- Product-specific instructions: Some products may require details such as Player ID, Game UID, or email. These requirements will be clearly shown on the product detail page. Users are responsible for providing correct information.
- Physical merchandise: If we offer physical products (e.g., T-shirts, posters, or accessories), delivery timelines and shipping charges will be clearly stated on the product detail page and during checkout.
4. Payments
- Payments must be made through authorized and valid methods only.
- If an unauthorized payment method is detected, the order may be cancelled.
- If payment is debited but the order is not created, contact support with your transaction proof for assistance.
5. Refunds
- If your order is not delivered after confirmed payment, you may request a refund.
- Refunds are processed only to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
- No refunds will be issued if incorrect Player ID / Game UID or delivery details were provided by the user.
- Completed and successfully delivered digital vouchers are non-refundable, except as required by law.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
DiamondXpress is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with any game publisher unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party servers, payment gateways, or external systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DiamondXpress and its staff from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
8. Account Deletion
We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your account anytime through the app:
- Go to your Profile section in the app.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
Important: Deletion is permanent. All your personal information, order history, wallet balance, and reward points will be erased and cannot be recovered. If you wish to use DiamondXpress again, you must create a new account.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after updates means you agree to the revised terms.
